Oral and Maxillofacial surgery requires additional years of hospital-based surgical and anesthesia training after graduation from dental school. Oral and Maxillofacial surgeons diagnose and manage a wide variety of problems relating to the mouth, teeth and the maxillofacial region (jaws and associated structures). Dr. Keogh’s experience in the scope of oral and maxillofacial surgery ranges from wisdom teeth removal, dental implant surgery, dentoalveolar and preprosthetic surgery, bone grafting to rebuild the jaw bone structure, corrective jaw surgery, diagnosis and management of oral pathology, to diagnosis and treatment of facial and TMJ pain, and traumatic oral and facial injuries.
